We went back in time to blog about all our weddings going back to 2006!

Our highlights page (blog) was introduced on Nov 2nd 2007. For the past few weeks, we’ve been “retro-blogging”, posting wedding highlights going back to 2006. Why did we do this? We want our visitors to see our consistent work week after week and experience how truly unique each wedding is. And most importantly, we want to help brides in their planning process by showing different ideas through our images.

Here are just some of the entries going back to 2006.

Sheri & Chris at Promontory Point

Kristy & Jason at Notre Dame

Bride & Groom Comments:

Oh my god, were your photos ever beautiful!  After researching approximately 200 photographers in the Chicagoland area, we decided to hire the two of you because your style was unbeatable and you were hands down blowing your competition out of the water.  Chris and I are pretty picky when it comes to style and vibe and you guys nailed it on the head.  Quite impressive.

You offered us hundreds of pictures and I’m going crazy trying to pick out which ones to order!  We love all of the pictures so much and we are just so overwhelmingly pleased with the outcome.  We have received so many complements already on the shots you were able to get.  It has also been great having all of the photos on a DVD so we can make copies and print photos at a much cheaper price than we could have ever done with a film photographer.  I must say digital is the only way to go.

We just had so much fun!  The wedding party shots in Millennium Park were so unique and unlike anything I have seen from other photographers.  Your pictures beautifully document our special day in an un-describable way and they will continue to impress family members for many generations to come.

Thank you for your high level of professionalism and the keen eye you have for beauty.  An experienced photographer who knows what to look for is not a given and we truly appreciate and respect your work.

We could not have asked for more and we are so thankful for all you have done for us.  If there is ever another couple who is interested in discussing your work with one of your former clients, please feel free to send them our way.  We would love to give you the highest recommendation.

Sincerely,
Sheri & Chris
